SRM works with an elite portfolio of service based clientele throughout the UK. We help them effectively deliver their message to potential customers without the cost of mass media. Acting as a compliment to their media campaigns, we are able to effectively saturate their target market and generate new, profitable customers on the spot.

Our goals over the next few months are to increase representation for all of our clients so that we can prepare to expand into three new markets and also acquire new clients in new industries. Since our campaigns offer our clients a budget friendly alternative to mass media advertising, we're in high demand despite economic conditions!

OUR OPENINGS:
As a trainee marketing assistant your day to day activities will involve explaining our clients' services to their potential customers, answering queries, and completing new customer registrations. A strong work ethic is recommended because compensation is entirely based on your results. Smart dress and confident communication skills are also essential for success because we meet with customers in person!

Once you are able to produce consistent results and high levels of customer satisfaction, you will be eligible to assume additional responsibility. Our goal is to develop people to be well rounded and experience different aspects of our business, so that as we grow more opportunities will be available to them.

If your initial interview is a success, you will then be asked to spend a day with an experienced Marketing Assistant in the field to gain a full understanding of the responsibilities involved. Since you cannot actively participate in any sales during this day, you will not be entitled to compensation. When you return to the office that evening, we will look to make a mutual final decision. We’ve found that this is very helpful in determining if the opening is right for you!
