CFP Software Trainer

Martin & Co is the fastest growing lettings brand in the UK with 170+ offices already trading, opening a new office every two weeks. All offices use CFPWinman software and we are seeking a first class Software Trainer.

You will have “hands on” experience of CFP or other letting software packages and at least 12 months lettings experience. You will be a confident individual with excellent training and coaching skills and willing to travel extensively around the UK. The position is “home based” but you will need to attend monthly meetings at our Head Office in Bournemouth.

Key tasks are:
• To train new franchisees and their staff on CFP.
• Liaise with experienced staff to further utilise the benefits of CFP.
• Help to develop Martin & Co ‘best practices’ in respect of CFP.
