Special Needs and Social Care Transport Manager 26551 pro rata 3 month temporary position 37 hours per week Our Public Sector Client has an opportunity for an experienced Manager to manage and train escort staff and assist with all aspects of Special Needs and Social Care Transport including contract performance and compliance. The role will involve allocating escorts to routes/journeys and organising emergency cover as well as the ongoing management of up 100 staff, including training and appraisals. Management experience and Health and Safety awareness is essential, ideally with a background in Education or Social Care.
