The role
As the Operations Performance Analyst, you will take responsibility for the production and analysis of daily, weekly and monthly reports, to support our client's operation. From a qualitative and quantitative perspective, you will deliver these reports as required and on time to enhance the decision making process on operational issues. You will be dealing with both internal and external customers to ensure service levels are achieved through times of seasonal peaks or changes in supplier requirements.

The applicant
Already in a Logistics Analyst type role, this position requires a candidate with extensive experience of managing information within a fast moving operational/logistics environment. Naturally, to be successful in this role, high levels of numeracy will be a key capability as well as time management as there is a reliance on this role to assist both the operations management and service reporting. You will be comfortable with numbers and the analysis of data and enjoy the responsibility of report writing. You will have clear and concise communication skills as the majority of your results will be quantitative. You will be comfortable working with a variety of database/ IT packages with an ability to work with Excel to an advanced level.
