Qualified Social Worker : Older Persons Mental Health Team - £26-£29 p/h

Milton Keynes is an exciting and vibrant place to be. It is one of the fastest-growing cities in the country with a theatre, shopping facilities, scenic parks, lakes and woodland and many other new developments.

We require an experienced, qualified social worker to join this busy team who are responsible for the assessment, development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care for older people with mental health needs.

The successful candidate will be fully aware of legislation and guidance relating to community mental health practice (MHA, NHS&CC Act, Carers Act, NSF), keeping up to date with developments and changes.

Qualified Social Worker : Older Persons Mental Health Team - £26-£29 p/h

? Drivers Licence essential (as is business insurance)
? Experience of older people?s mental health
? Experience of completing initial assessments

In addition:
? You must be a Qualified Social Worker (DipSw,CQSW,CSS)
? Hold a valid enhanced CRB
? GSCC registered
