We specialise in providing technology services and solutions to small to medium sized businesses

This is a unique opportunity to join a very exciting startup with a Managing Director with a track record of fast growth IT solutions businesses based in Central Milton Keynes.

Car not essential to role as public transport links with our head office are exceptional.

Continuation and career progression training will be discussed from the outset.

We are looking for an experienced Office Manager / PA to MD to join at the very beginning of what will be a very exciting journey.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Managed247 office including inbound call handling and providing excellent administration support to both customers, colleagues and vendors.

The main responsibilities of the role are:-

- Dealing with telephone queries and requests from a wide range of customers, colleagues and vendors
- Custodian for customer contracts, vendor contracts and associated filing systems
- Stationary and other office related purchases
- Create and manage office filing structure inc contracts, invoices, purchase orders etc
- Booking & Assisting with Events
- Coordinating all post, deliveries and special deliveries
- Day to day maintenance of the office area to ensure that all areas are well maintained at all times
- Professional preparation of customer documents including; proposals and presentations
- Custodian and coordinator for all travel arrangements relating to the Managed247 team
- Personal Assistant duties for Managing Director
- Occasional out of hours call escalation
- Plus other duties as business grows (including potential for managing)

What we'll be looking for from you:-
- Excellent IT skills - Microsoft Office 2007 inc Outlook, Word, Excel etc
- Superb communication skills
- Exceptional organisational skills
- A proven experience in managing a number of tasks simultaneously whilst delivering excellent customer service at all times
- Minimum of 1 years experience in an office organisation / personal assistant role
