An exciting opportunity to join an exciting, high profile organisation in this newly created role.As Administration Assistant you will provide PA and secretarial support for the PA to Head of Sales

The main duties of your role will be

• Screen and deal with all Head of Sales correspondence and telephone calls
• Provide PA/secretarial support to Head of Sales
• Telephone and written liaison at all levels
• Preparation of proposals and presentations
• Diary management for Head of Sales
• Travel arrangements
• Type and circulate minutes from meetings
• Prioritise and filter requests
• Assist in the co-ordination of the PR account
• Type and distribute documents including proposals, contracts and letters
• Communicate between PA, Head of Sales, Sales Team and customers
• Send out letters and brochures to clients as requested
• Ensure the Head of Sales sees all literature/adverts etc. before they are sent out/printed – Provide support for proof reading

It is essential you have previous experience in a clerical/office working and customer service environment. Previous experience in a PA role would be desirable.


This is a part-time role available for two days per week – Tuesday and Thursday 9 am to 5.30 pm. The salary is £18,000-20,000 pro rata.
