We are a highly regarded leading personal injury law firm who pride ourselves on providing outstanding client service. We wish to appoint a motivated Senior Litigation Executive / Solicitor to join our dynamic team of road traffic accident specialists.

We would like the applicant to have at least 4 year PQE in managing a caseload of pre and post litigated injury files arising from a mix of road traffic accidents, employer and public liability claims. Files will be managed through fast track and multi track cases. You will be experienced in dealing with disputed cases, alleged fraud, LVI and occupancy cases. You will have a proven track record of dealing with at least 150 files and a billing history of at least £300k.

The practice operates a case management system and candidates will therefore be computer literate (experience with ProClaim is an advantage). Technically, you will possess a good understanding of CFAs, CPR and PI Protocols with an ability to identify liability and value quantum if given timeframes. Good drafting skills required and the ability to negotiate claims.

Salary dependant upon experience.

Excellent bonus structure in place.
