Resource Manager

Albemarle Interim Management plc are looking for a Resource Manager to work within their highly successful Financial Services Practice.
The role has come about due to recent success in winning new contracts . The FS Practice introduces a wide range of interim managers in Change and Project/Programme Management, from lead/specialist BAs through to Programme Directors. Working with the Consultants, duties will be varied but will include the planning and building of an interim pool, interviewing candidates, tracking competitor interims, resourcing for roles and shortlisting, maintaining relationships with working interims to help develop networks and continuous development of other channels which will raise the profile and generate candidates.

The successful candidate will ideally have a good knowledge of banking as well as recruitment, interviewing of Change and Project/Programme professionals, have first class communications skills and the ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment. The role calls for someone able to take this role and make their mark on it with new ideas, which will help deliver high quality shortlists for our client and build strong relationships with our interims.
