Senior IT Support Specialist

We are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to provide technical support for the company’s staff and IT systems.

The job…

Working in IT Services as part of a busy team, you will be responsible for carrying out systems support and administration tasks in a Windows Server-based environment. You will build, manage, install and support PCs, laptops, peripherals and software. You will also assist in the scoping and delivery of projects and provide desktop support to users.

The successful candidate will ideally have an IT degree, or equivalent, and at least 3 years’ previous experience. An MCSE Certification would be preferable but not essential. You will also have working knowledge of Windows XP/2003/2008 and knowledge of Firewalls, Symantec products (BackupExec, SEP) and Citrix along with experience of using Microsoft Exchange Server 2003/2007.
