• To assist assist in the implementation of new systems or upgrades to existing systems. Primarily focused on the implementation of Trading and Settlement Systems.
• Produce business requirements
• Perform new release testing for specific customers
• Perform user training activities.
• Work closely with customers to ensure that RTGS Products are implemented efficiently.
• Perform presentations to both customers as part of the implementation activity or for pre-sales purposes.
• Initially the role is based in London but in the future there could be opportunities for work assignments in other markets in Asia/Australia.
Responsibilities. Over time we expect the candidate to:-
• Identify and map business processes and information for customers.
• Facilitate business process improvement.
• Define business requirements in clear and concise terms (oral & written).
• Analyse and translate user specifications into business requirement specifications and assist development staff when required.
• Assist and perform training as required.
• Perform system testing activities, including development and maintenance of written specifications and reports
• Perform system presentations and training activities.
• Be alert to new business opportunities.
Required Background and skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
•At least one years experiece in either IT or Broking/Banking.
• Proactive approach to getting the job done.
• Willingness to work as part of a team.
• Experience with desktop software tools, ie MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint.
• SQL skills is recommended but not essential.
