Job Description

My client a central NHS body have a requirement for a Project Manager to work within 2 high profile, national service improvement and process change programmes.

Role Purpose:

To deliver a specific projects within a portfolio using appropriate methodologies and ensuring tangible deliverables and organisational benefits.Working with NHS organisations to improve compliance with current good practice and developing new tools and techniques to add value to the NHS. To report regularly to the Team Leader on all aspects of project delivery, risk identification and mitigation and milestones.

The Person:

You will have: A trackrecord of delivering successful service / process / change projects / programmes demonstrating service improvements, beneficial change and VFM. A sound understanding of the NHS hospital systems, processes and of redesigning clinical practice. Ability to lead and motivate others and successful working with clinical staff. Well versed with Prince 2 and Improvement methodologies. Evidence of recent and ongoing CPD and / or a Post Grad qualification within a healthcare setting.
