My clients are urgently on the lookout for the following to start asap:
The Back Office Administrator is responsible for carrying out the tasks associated with the system administration and data integrity of all Trust Back Office CRS configuration changes (as defined by the BT Service Request Catalogue) ensuring that all Trust level changes are undertaken and synchronised at a Domain and Cluster level.
The Back Office Administrator will be part of a core Back Office team.
The ICT Directorate’s key objective is to improve the quality and effectiveness of healthcare delivery and maintain the financial viability of the Trust by the application of I.T.
The CRS Programme is responsible for the successful deployment of the National Care Records Service within the Trust and ensuring that the Trust receives business benefits from the investment in the Programme.
The CRS system has three levels of system maintenance; Cluster (London wide), Domain (currently BLT and THPCT) and Trust. Cluster level changes are the responsibility of BT Service Management and may only occur through the formal BT Service Request Process.
