Description:
Our client, a Top-Tier investment bank, is looking for a Front-End .NET Developer with solid C# experience and strong GUI skills as well as excellent object oriented design and development skills. Exposure to SQL (preferably Oracle) and C is preferable but not essential. You will be working in a small team four developers on one of the bank?s key Risk projects and you will be required to enhance an existing front end application which controls the creation and maintenance of commodity indices. You should be able to demonstrate a strong aptitude for problem solving demonstrated by an excellent academic background in a scientific or mathematic discipline - engineering, physics, maths, computing science. Investment banking experience is not essential for this position, the main requirement is for someone with good C# experience, perhaps gained at good software houses, and an excellent academic background who is looking to make the next step into banking.
