An established and busy restaurant requires a Tandoori Chef with minimum 3-4 years experience with good performance skills. Duties will include supervising grill staff, ordering stock and stock control, cutting cleaning of vegetables, meat and chicken, preparing and marinating of all authentic Tandoori dishes. You will also be responsible for making Paneer/chicken/lamb/fish Tikkas, kebabs and Phatwari Chapli Kebab and taking cover with the Roti/Naan maker when he is absent as well as maintaining cleanliness of the front open kitchen.
To maintain the highest possible standard of food preparation, presentation and service in accordance with Health, Safety and Hygiene Regulations, a fully sponsored Food Safety Certificate Course/Refresher Course will be offered to the selected employee.
