Description:
Within Reed Specialist Recruitment (RSR), the Business Manager assumes responsibility for:
a) The development of business in their local area, with new and existing client organisations to ensure that their office is meeting challenging financial and growth targets
b) To effectively manage, lead and motivate Recruitment Consultants within their office to successfully perform in their roles Business Managers are responsible for developing business through building successful relationships with new and existing client organisations and working closely with them to understand their recruitment requirements.
Through client interactions, including client visits where relevant, Business Managers are accountable for the negotiation of Service Level Agreements and Terms of Business, to ensure that each client is committed to Reed Specialist Recruitment providing them with a world-class recruitment service. The Business Manager then must take action to ensure that all of the client''s recruitment requirements are fulfilled according to established deadlines and quality standards.

Person Specification:
This role will be ideal for those wishing to build on their already extensive knowledge of recruitment management.

Ideal candidates will be from within the recruitment industry at management level, however applications would be welcome from proven consultants who are looking for their next step on the career ladder.
