The job holder is a manage a team of 6 responsible for processing voluntary and mandatory Corporate Actions within the Custody function of a global investment bank. The role will be processing Corporate Actions in Europe, Asia and Unit Trusts.
Covering day to day management, acting a signatory, 1-2-1's, appraisals and contributing to projects and system enhancements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background within corporate actions ideally covering the above and will have supervisory expereince.
The candidate will also have covered mandatory and voluntary events across all markets with unit trusts/nominee expereince.
