My client is a global marketing and communications company that had doubled its staff in the last two years due to its unique way of working. They are currently seeking a CIMA qualified Financial Analyst or Management Accountant who has an extensive skill base in analytical reporting. Applications will only be considered from Qualified CIMA or potentially ACCA depending on experience. Media experience linked with financial analysis would be the ideal fit. If however you have worked within a robust, team driven environment using excellent communication skills this could be the right position for you. If you have specifically worked with time and cost efficiencies you will be of particular interest to my client.

Before considering applying for this position as a CIMA Qualified Financial Analyst / Management Accountant please be aware the specificaitions are very specific and those candidates applying without the skills below will not be considered:

1. Essential - Qualified CIMA or ACCA but must have strong analysis skills and demonstrate these on your CV
2. Essential - Minimum of 2 years analysis skills/reporting/financial and scenario modelling/Macro Excel level
3. Essential - Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to be diplomatic but effective
4. Essential - Analysing, challenging and improving financial and management data in order to continuously drive forward the performance, and you must be able to demonstrate this
5. Desirable - Media, legal, architecture, legal type background would be ideal
6. Desirable - Ability to identify business opportunities.

This is a highly progressional role and will be working directly with the Group FD. My client will double in size again over the next few years on current projections and therefore this role is developmental, essential and progress ional.
