Organisation DescriptionMarket leading and established organisation, currently have an opportunity for an experienced Client Account Manager.
Working within the Pharmaceutical Industry, the organisation also offers departmental and scientific scientific solutions providing a range of Business Intelligence, Planning, Workflow Management, Dosage Formulation, Document Management and Report Compilation applications.
80% of revenue is being projected from existing clients and with adding new Clients every year the ability to develop relationships that unlock opportunities for both the Client and organisation is critical. As part of a well supported and focused group you will enjoy a high profile and influential position within a fast paced and exciting team, working side by side with the Sales team and many members of our Client Services, Product Management and Executive management teams.
Job DescriptionResponsible for the overall Relationship with the client and is often the ‘face’ and ‘voice’ of Organisation.

Person Specification
Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach to your work
Excellent written and oral communication skills
An inner drive and positive nature
A proactive approach to work, and the ability to work with little supervision
A background or experience of working in a Life Sciences/Pre-Clinical environment is important, as is a similar role in a different field with a track record of solid on target performance (IT).
Frequent travel should be expected although you will be able to manage this yourself.
