Role: Adults Support Worker

Hours: 37 hours over five days ( Shift Work)

Are you a dedicated Mental Heath Support Worker?
Our clients is looking for a Mental Health Support Workers to be part of a Multi-disciplinary Team providing a Mental Health Service for patients with a wide variety of difficulties.
Main duties and responsibilities will be:
? To be aware of the psychological, social, physical and spiritual needs of all patients
? Implementing and Adhering to care plans
? Communicating all relevant information to the Nurse / Manager in charge. Notify of changes in a patients physical of psychological health
