At present we are seeking highly motivated sales people in the following areas CROYDON, AYLESFORD, GILLINGHAM, ORPINGTON & CRAWLEY.
Main Responsibilities
• To sell and demonstrate products and services to customers in an effective way.
• To achieve individual sales targets.
• To identify customer requirements, meet their needs and maximise sales, using all the resources available.
• To maintain awareness of new product developments, new Company initiatives and all promotional activity.
• To ensure high personal standards, of appearance and cleanliness, are maintained at all times
• To deal professionally and knowledgeably with all customer queries
The successful candidates will have a positive, enthusiastic attitude with a passion for sales and customer service. Previous retail and sales experience is preferred.
The salary stated is the basic salary, unlimited commission on top, plus benefits. Average earnings in the region is £20,000 OTE. We also offer guaranteed commission for the first 3 months, while you are training in your new role.
