Recruiter - Hilton Hotels

Hilton Hotels in London have created a new function to provide a full recruitment service to the appointed Hilton Hotels within London. This is an opportunity for someone to get involved at the early stages of building the function and to really make a difference. Operating in a team of 7, you will be screening CVs, conducting telephone interviews, running assessment centres and placing the successful candidates in suitable positions in the hotels.

"So what do I need?"

Good communication skills
Ideally you will have experience from within a recruitment agency
Confident in presenting to small groups
Ability to perform in a fast-paced and pressured environment
Experience within the Hospitality industry is essential
Self-motivated and targets driven
Right to work in the UK full time
