You will be acting as subject matter expert product resource for customers and communicate and prioritise customer requirements to other areas of the business.

Responsibilities:

* Customer Liaison
* Implementation (following methodologies and processes)
* Conduct individual and group training, product demonstrations and workshops
* Implement and control change management requests
* Deliver successful application implementation phases
* Subject Matter Expert for implementations
* Rapidly create and deploy Web applications that run lightning-fast

Qualifications:

* Solution provider to improve process
* Understanding and experience in implementation of product solutions
* Solid computer systems expertise, software development and deployment methodology and computer networking – C++, Java, C#, .NET, Oracle, Sybase, Progress, Cache
* Innate ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and within tight time constraints
* Devise innovative solutions for software product implementations, generally “push the envelope”
* Make independent recommendations for successful software product implementations
* Work through problems with different customer groups achieving positive outcomes

Extremely good to have:

* Hospital Information, Patient Administration (PAS), and Clinical Information Systems
* PAS and/or clinical healthcare products or laboratory preferred.
* Understanding of the importance of Health Informatics standards, reporting requirements and legislative controls
