Job Description
Working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, the role involves working in a busy call centre within the customer service team.
Our client is seeking candidates who have a customer service call centre background.
You will have experience of speaking to customers over the phone and dealing with their enquiries.
* Be prepared to have training on the company’s in-house computer system.
* Able to work under pressure
* Confident with customers and clients
* Be prepared to learn about vehicle types, makes and models (a generalist knowledge would be useful)
* Be prepared to learn about network repairs and agreements.
* Follow the companies written procedures and processes

As the role is very much telephone based and speaking to clients over the phone you are required to have:
