We are currently looking to recruit 3 Re-active Sales Executives for the Midlands Regional Sales Office. That means you'll be receiving inbound leads - no cold calls!

This position combines the unique skills of customer service, sales, administration and team work all within the realms of the fast paced hospitality industry. Managing incoming enquiries for 8 properties within the East and Midlands Region, the sales team maximizes revenue through increased bookings across all of the region's participating hotels. We react to inbound enquiries from Clients and Agents who are looking to book conferences, events and group accommodation for their companies.

As the first point of contact for a sales enquiry you would be expected to:-

Respond to incoming telephone calls and email enquiries
Ascertain the exact requirements for the individual client
Check the availability and suitability of the booking
Develop strong relationships with Marriott's internal and external customers
Drive conversion through dynamic selling
Produce accurate written communication

Excellent telephone manner
Experience in a customer related role
Strong computer and administration skills
Ability to work well as an individual, as well as part of a team
