The Company
Our client; a global player; is the leading supplier of Clinical Trial Supply related services to pharmaceutical organisations running clinical trials. The company undertakes assignments on a project basis and is backed by a strong IT function that provides systems for the in-house user base.

The Role
The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for providing 2nd line support of the IT infrastructure which will include hardware/software support. Suitable candidates will have proven experience in some of the following:

• Hardware support (desktops and printers)
• MS Windows Desktop XP, 2000
• MS Office
• Anti Virus Software
• Backup software
