Our client a world leader in the clinical trials industry, and supply to the pharmaceutical industry. They are looking for an IT Analyst to join their team.

You will be directly answering to the IT Manager, and assist him to provide IT Hardware support within the Operations area of the company. You will ensure that all IT services are developed, maintained and controlled to a high level to ensure maximum availability to users. You will be required to respond and resolve queries and requests logged via the IT support desk, and ensuring all relevant documentation is completed accurately. You must report any failures or suspected failures that may have serious impact on the business and assist with installation, control and maintenance of printing and photocopying services for the company.

You must be educated to GCSE level or equivalent in relevant subjects, and be proficient in the maintenance of Hardware (printers, desktops). You must have a working knowledge of Windows applications, including XP and MS office etc.

Own transport is required to due to location.
