ROLE: ASSISTANT MANAGER – HIGH END SUPERMARKET

Support the Store manager developing a high volume store ensuring consistent delivery of targets and standards whether that is in Fresh Foods, Customer Services, Ambient or Admin and Stock. Lead and inspire a team delivering key performance indicators.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - ASSISTANT MANAGER – HIGH END SUPERMARKET

• A minimum of 2 years food or supermarket retail experience in a fast moving store as a Team Manager, Department Manager, Section Manager, Assistant Manager or supervisor.
• You will be currently working in a high street or local format Supermarket or convenience store where you have autonomy in your role and do not relying on a large structure format to support your role.
• Excellent influencing and negotiating skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Lively and outgoing personality.
• P&L responsibility in food / supermarket business.
You must have experience of currently working in a supermarket or food retail environment. In a local format, express format or simply format.
