Financial Services Assistant, Harrow. c£15K

My Client, who provides a range of saving, investment and home loan products, are seeking a sales enthusiastic individual to maximise sales potential within branch by proactively and reactively generating leads. You will be providing a quality and professional service to customers and will comply with all aspects of company policy and regulatory body requirements along with contributing to branch sales targets.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Generate leads and referrals across the product range via face to face discussions and on the telephone and by responding to incoming post in a proactive manner.
Dealing with customers both face to face and by telephone within agreed customer service standards.
Maintain up to date knowledge of all company policies, procedures and products compliance requirements.
Assist with administrative support.
Effective use of point of sales material to maximise sales potential.
Generate leads across the whole product range.
Complete Relationship Reviews.
Work as part of the sales team.

The successful candidate must have previous sales experience, ideally within Financial Services.
