A Head Chef with passion, flair, strong leadership and management style but above all excellent culinary skill is required for a fantastic position near Harrogate. This multi rosette and award winning Hotel restaurant is a favourite with locals and visitors to Harrogate and has a well deserved reputation for excellence. Working with the finest fresh ingredients all sourced locally you will be able to let your creative juices run wild creating seasonal dishes and fabulous specials.
The successful candidate must have recent experience of working within a rosette/ accolade operation at Senior/ Sous or Head Chef level and will certainly be able to demonstrate a stable career history and record of achievement. On top of your culinary skill you will be able to work within budgets and have an advanced knowledge of the business side of running a kitchen and improving GP and profitability. A motivational chef who gets the best from the brigade by setting clear examples and leadership skills, coaching and developing his team will be required for this position.
