General Description
We are offering a great career opportunity to an ambitious and creative graduate or Junior Consultant with experience in survey work as a Change Consultant. Our client is a well known UK retailer who we are working with to improve business processes. A major part of this role is a yearly insight survey of all suppliers worldwide. The results will be documented and presented up to board level helping to improve relationships and product quality on an international level. This project offers the rare opportunity to gain a deep insight into trade relations and to become a key player in cultural change.

Insight Survey Experience is Essential for this post
Responsibilities
• High quality analysis, quality checks and presentation of results for international supplier survey
• Planning, design, realisation and management of worldwide online surveys
• Extensive report writing based on current year and past year results including trend analysis
• Liaising with 3rd party suppliers as well as stakeholders of all levels up to Board
• Statistical analysis of the results, manipulation and development of survey/ data analysis programs
• Supporting senior management and principal consultants when required
Education & Background
• Degree educated, from a reputable institution ideally to MA or MBA level with emphasis on research methods and data analysis
• A graduate or a professional, experienced in consulting/marketing/market research for a consultancy or another high level service company (B2B)
Core Competencies
• Experience in designing and implementing survey tools and assessments
• Knowledge of research and statistical methods and programs as well as Survey Monkey, MS Access and Excel
• Detail orientated with an ability to check own work for accuracy: literacy, numeracy and processes
• Strong analytical mind; able to develop strategic insights from complex information
• Excellent report writing skills, clear and concise business language
• Experience in creating, preparing and presenting PowerPoint presentations up to senior management levels
Professional Skills
• Good working knowledge of consulting and/or retailing business
• Good working knowledge of MS Office packages including Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Experience with engaging contacts over all levels
• Experience with change management tools and methods
• Excellent English communication skills – oral and written
