Our client, a large global financial services firm, is seeking to add an exceptional individual to join their Trust Services team in the Channel Islands.
The successful candidate will assist in the smooth and efficient day to day running of the Private Wealth Management Department, and will be responsible for handling client affairs and supervision of administrators.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all aspects of the day to day administration of a portfolio of complex client cases
• Maintain good communications and relationships with clients and Relationship Managers
• Liaise with Clients, Investment Advisers, Asset Managers, Bankers and other professional advisors regarding Client Affairs
• Review of work prepared by staff under supervision
Requirements:
• A University graduate, qualified to foundation level of relevant qualification (STEP, ICSA, CIB) and be studying for next stage.
• A team player with the ability to help others learn
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
