THE ROLE:
• You will be dealing with the delivery and handling of assignments by meeting both clients and candidates, face to face, building relationships and working closely with all parties.

THE CANDIDATE:
• To be successful you will build and retain strong on-going relationships through formal business and networking means.
• Ideally you will have recruitment experience, possibly within accountancy/finance but other sectors will be considered.
• Alternatively you may have be considering moving into recruitment as a career, having succeeded in another business sector.
• You are well presented and highly professional and are able to deal with people at all levels.
• You are a strong relationship builder, developing professional partnerships on a consultative basis but are also focused and goal orientated.
