Job Description

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Experienced Collections Agent to join a large company based close to the city centre. The company are growing all the time and therefore have the requirements to bring someone on to help manage their evening collection team.

Duties will include:

*Chasing debt by telephone & letter
*Negotiating payment terms
*identifying accounts that are suitable for legal action
*Making decisions on appropriate pre legal action
*Responsible for ensuring reduction in the age debtor report
*Ad hoc duties as required
