Bilingual Product Specialist - Edinburgh

Starting Salary £15,000

Our client is looking for someone who is fluent in either Dutch, Italian or Spanish + English. You will be dealing with inbound calls from customers regarding their products and services. You will be dealing with technical issues and resolving them to the customers satisfaction. You will have previous technical experience on computer or have an interest in computers either face to face or over the telephone.
