FLT / Warehouse Operative – Shifts
As FLT / Warehouse Operative you will take accountability for all aspects of Despatch or Goods In. The main responsibilities are to unload or load deliveries confirming they are correct with the associated paperwork, record and adjust inventory levels, keep storage areas tidy and organised.
As a key member of the logistics team, you will play a vital role in daily operations and decision making in the absence of management.
You will be highly motivated and flexible as the role will involve working a rotating shift pattern, you should be able to operate a PC and have experience of working in a fast paced Warehouse / Production environments.
Hours: Shifts (Days & Nights)
Location: Derby
Skills: Hold a FLT Counterbalance license and at least 2 years FLT experience working in a fast moving environment
Salary: £20,000 - £23,000
The ideal candidate will have experience of unloading stock safely and securely from palletisers.
You will have worked in an environment where you have loaded and unloaded trailers and completed associated paperwork.
Have a good understanding of computer systems, ideally JD Edwards
Drive and improve quality awareness.
