This is a pivotal role working for a leading domicilary care organisation providing leadership at branch level to provide high quality home-based care in the Birmingham area.

Reporting directly to, and working closely with the Branch Manager your role will be to manage effectively a dispersed workforce, which provides 24-hour home care services to all client groups, in line with the organisation’s policies and procedures. You will no doubt have gained experience working in a similarly demanding role - and may be seeking progression and a new challenge.

We're not seeking someone who can 'just do' the job - we want exceptional talent - someone who wants to be part of the future of an ambitious company that is keen to achieve excellence in all they do.

You’ll no doubt have a relevant health/social care qualification and have gained your experience working in a domiciliary care environment in a deputy management or supervisory role.

We're also seeking someone with strong people skills who is able to work under pressure in a calm and collected manner. You'll also be someone who has the required leadership skills totally complemented by your ability to work colaboratively - and have a genuine 'hands-on' management style and penchant for being proactive.
