£16000 - £18000 BENEFITS

This is an important role working for a leading domicilary care organisation providing high quality home-based care in the Coventry area.

Reporting directly to, and working closely with the Branch Manager and the Deputy Branch Manager on day-to-day operations, your role will be to manage effectively a dispersed workforce, which provides 24-hour home care services to all client groups, in line with the organisation’s policies and procedures. You will no doubt have gained experience working in a similarly demanding role - and may be seeking progression and a new challenge.

A flexible approach is key - the Care Coordinator will cover calls when necessary which can be up to 50% of your time. We're not seeking someone who can 'just do' the job - we want exceptional talent - someone who wants to be part of the future of an ambitious company that is keen to achieve excellence in all they do.

You’ll no doubt have a relevant health/social care qualification and have gained your experience working in a domiciliary care environment in a co-ordinator's role.
