Sales Broker 27K - 40K OTE uncapped

We are only looking for quality & target driven, money motivated people. Unlike your normal everyday telemarketing job, Subscriptions Marketing Ltd’s current Sales Brokers work warm leads and attain average earnings of £27,000 per year, however, top performers earn £48,000+ as we work with an uncapped commission structure.

We have built our reputation on being the best at delivering high quality orders to our clients.

You must be honest, professional, phone friendly and be able to make outbound calls and receive inbound calls too.

You will be selling the Uk's most prestigious titles including Cosmopolitan, FHM, Vogue and Heat Magazine. Also newspapers such as The Independant and The Times.

All leads are warm!  You will be speaking to previous subscribers to these magazines.   Or they may have entered a competition in the magazine.  Almost everyone you speak to will already  have had some relationship with the magazine or newspaper you will be selling!

The vacancies are for a 5 day working week (Mon-Sat). You must be able to work two Saturdays per month, you will also get a day off during the week when you work the Saturday.

The initial package is £7 per hour plus uncapped commission with a more lucrative sales structure for those brokers who hit daily targets.

The successful candidates should have the following:
a) Experience of working in a target driven sales role and regularly exceeding them
b) The ability to deliver quality and professionalism with every call made/received
c) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
d) PC literate with experience of using the MS Office Suite (Word etc)
e) Confident opener and closer on the phone
