The role:
Responsible for the day to day management of the Accounting team on site
Ensure all financial reporting is completed to tight monthly/ quarterly deadlines
GAAP reporting to US parent company
Oversee internal controls and procedures in finance/accounting area and ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley.
•Assist with accurate completion of all aspects of the tax returns (Pan European), estimates, extensions, and supporting income tax compliance schedules under limited supervision.
Oversee the completion of the quarterly income tax provision, tax account reconciliations, and related tax disclosures.
The Candidate:
Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA (or overseas equivalent) with a proven track record of managing a team.
You will need to be conversant with GAAP reporting/ Sarbannes Oxley
Experience of European Tax would be an advantage
