Working for a local company with an international presence, Consulting Tools Ltd. is seeking a candidate to join our client services team.
ConsultingTools develops and distributes web-based assessment tools and customised solutions to Human Resource practitioners in the UK, and internationally through our business partner network.
You will join a small but multi-skilled team that is very client focused. You will be responsible for providing client support and help run projects for our UK and international clients and partners and will have a good understanding of the products available and how they work.
The type of projects you will be working on include 360° feedback assessments, helping clients use our on-line system, assisting with set-up and implementation and often running projects on their behalf. You'll be supporting clients who use our Psychometric tool Facet5 and other products in our portfolio.
Main Accountabilities
• First line support for clients and partners using our products
• Set up and deliver projects on behalf of our clients and partners
• Project managing on-line assessment projects with our clients and partners
• Making sure that products and customized work meets clients needs and are delivered to a high standard and on time
• Tracking progress of projects and liaising with colleagues, developers and clients
• Updating internal systems with project status and billing information for invoice purposes
• Address any issues that may arise with projects and try to provide pro-active solutions
• Updating and writing support materials for our clients needs
• Using and keeping out to date our online support system
• Assisting in the improvement of processes
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate should have good IT skills, particularly in use of the Internet, must be well organized with an ability to problem solve. You need to be a client focused person that is proactive and a good team-player as well as having the ability to work on your own when necessary.
You should have experience in supporting customers; have good communication and customer service skills. Attention to detail is also important for this role. In return you will join a friendly, team orientated environment in an ambitious and still growing company.
