Reputable independent recruitment consultancy are looking for experienced recruiters in Civil Engineering/Construction or rail and will also consider other markets such as Oil and Gas.

Role:
A fantastic opportunity exists for a recruitment professional consultant working within Trades and Labour recruitment / Blue and White collar
Working within a team of consultants you will be supplying staff for contract, fixed-term and permanent placement.
The role will involve you maximising Permanent & Temporary Placements, Gross Profit Margin & Fees through successful servicing of existing clients and the generation of sales opportunities and be responsible for -
Successful servicing of current clients, strengthening the relationship between the company and Clients.
Business Development - targeting and acquiring new business in your local area.
Generating applicant flow and managing applicants to meet current and future Client demands.
Ensuring efficient Branch administration and control procedures

SKILLS REQUIRED:
A proven track record of working within the Recruitment Industry within the above sectors is advantageous.
You must be able to prove your billings to date, be able to demonstrate client retention and candidate management.
You will thrive in a fast moving, targeted environment and be a strong team player.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are essential.
