Are you a fully Qualified Actuary?
Our Client is currently recruiting for an Actuary to join their existing team. As an Actuary you will be designing, developing and documenting actuarial valuation process for life business executed by the Company's group. You will also be executing and/or overseeing actuarial investigations relevant to the proposal of actuarial valuation assumptions
Your core responsibilities will be to:
Have a background in design, development and documentation of actuarial valuation process, including the establishment of appropriate controls and audit trail in line with industry best practice and regulatory requirements
A background in design and development of actuarial valuation process aspects of SOLVENCY 2 assist the valuation actuary to propose valuation and EntV basis
Assist the valuation actuary to execute and/or oversee analysis of variance in relation to actuarial valuation develop, maintain and deliver a plan ensuring that all work is produced to a high level of quality in a timely manner
Contribute to the achievement of Company's group business objectives, by assisting colleagues across the group as required, in particular, provide advice and support to the life reporting actuary during formal valuation; providing support and advice to the actuarial systems specialist
Establish and maintain a highly motivated team operating to a high degree of professionalism whilst ensuring that outcomes are pragmatic and well aligned to the strategy and objectives of Company's group
