Project Support - Birmingham - Contract

Amoria Bond are urgently looking for a Project Support professional with experience in Adult Social Care for a contract role based in Birmingham to start immediately.

The Project Support Officer will support the Project Manager on projects surrounding involving preventative work in Adult Social Care as part of the Personalisation agenda so will have an understanding of this. Working on initiatives around community activities you will undertake data analysis identifying trends and preparing report findings, help to develop evaluation tools and metrics, identify and benchmark examples of best practice, support meetings and workshops (arranging/booking), writing up minutes and communicating actions then ensuring these are completed.

With excellent time management the Project Officer will be organised, liaising with the project team to ensure tasks are delivered and the plan stays on track. They will be required to use MS Project and will be working in a Prince II environment so experience of this would be beneficial.

The ideal Project Officer will have worked within Adult Social Care and have knowledge of the Putting People First / Transforming Social Care agenda. Skilled in using Microsoft Office, in particular MS Project they will have demonstrable experience in supporting Project Managers in Local Government.
