Recruitment Consultant for Practice in Birmingham

Our client is a rapidly expanding independent recruitment consultantcy specialising in accountancy, finance and legal recruitment who offer an exceptional high level service to their clients and candidates to the extent they offer money back guarantees to their clients.

They are currently looking to offer an opportunity for a credible and dedicated professional to be instrumental in the development of one of the largest Practice Recruiters in the Midlands.

You will take over a warm desk which has been established over the last 2 years with the Partners of key practices to include big 4 top 20, and independence.

These are solid networks built up in Birmingham, Nottingham, Leicester, Derby and surrounding areas recruiting for the Partner and Director Level.

You will also have ability to become the Leader/Manger of the Birmingham office for Practice and will have a unique and dedicated support of a candidate manager to work alongside you.

For this role you need to have had experience of working with clients and contacts dealing with newly qualified up to senior manager level, be a self starter and business developer.

Basic salary £30-40K with the chance to earn up to 35% commission.

As well as two annual incentives all expenses paid trips per year and including quarterly incentives. For example: Las Vegas, Ski-ing and Washington trips.
