Marketing Manager

Monarch Recruitment Ltd is an established, independently owned and financially secure recruitment agency with central headquarters based in the heart of Birmingham City Centre. We are currently in the process of recruiting an individual to spearhead our marketing strategies and continue increasing brand awareness.

We are looking for a dynamic individual with innovative ideas whose overall responsibility will be to oversee, drive and develop the marketing strategy within the Monarch Education division.
Duties will include:-
- Organise our Education divisions marketing – which consists of postal, email and newsletter marketing to customers to generate revenue.
- Increasing Brand awareness
- Surveying our customers
- Researching and analysing market trends
- Search engine optimization which involves analysing and recommending site changes to optimise website traffic based upon sales conversion metric
- Analyse website visitor activity, interpret results and suggest ways to improve conversion and retention rates.
- Identifying target markets and how best to reach them
- Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns
- Sales and conversion rate reports
- Coordinate all technical aspects of print, production, purchasing, reordering, mailing.
- Negotiating, optimising, and managing multiple online marketing campaigns

We are looking for relevant commercial experience, from an individual who possess experience in the following:
- Business to Business Marketing
- Marketing for a recruitment group
- HTML Marketing campaigns (Measured results)
- Strategic and tactical marketing across a range of disciplines in complex markets
- Creative design/desktop publishing skills - Adobe Photoshop; InDesign; Illustrator
- Strong project management skills
- Strong time management skills
- Creative thinking - Initiation of projects and ideas
