Due to their growing markets a new role has been created for a self sufficient Business Manager/Director with an extensive track record of securing new business within education sector within or outside recruitment sector.
Responsibilities and key skills:
To generate new business by developing new business contacts and pursuing and converting business leads
• To deliver complex recruitment assignments and achieve client objectives and commercial objectives.
• Make an impact in the market place and strengthen a premium market position.
• Demonstrable experience of developing sustainable, long term relationships to achieve corporate aims or commercial gain.
• An ability to build the brand effectively in the education sector.
• Proven networking skills and experience of building a strong external profile
• Proven experience of operating and contributing at a strategic level, leading by example to achieve corporate aims and objectives.
• Experience of managing others to achieve agreed business and performance targets.
• Proven ability to anticipate and manage client expectations and experience of creative problem solving.
• Proven experience of successfully leading and managing projects , to budget and profitably.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex and conflicting information
• Commercially astute at decision making, ensuring maximum profitability whilst delivering value for money.
• Proven experience of presenting and influencing decision making.
• Experience of operating at Board level, with the personal credibly to engage and influence at Board level.
