BUSINESS TO BUSINESS LEAD GENERATOR/APPOINTMENT MAKER

GCL Direct Ltd is a fast growing, dynamic and professional Business to Business Marketing Services Agency with Blue chip clients from within the IT, Logistics, Professional and Business Service sectors.

Job Role

The successful candidate will work as part of a small, targeted team responsible for conducting calls and arranging qualified leads and appointments for our clients. He/she will also carry out research on companies and ensure that the prospect database is kept updated.

Main Responsibilities

• To carry out a number of daily outgoing calls to a highly professional standard
• To generate the maximum number of leads and face-to-face appointments for the field sales people and their prospects
• To maintain and build the prospect database by confirming specified customer details
• To drive all activity to meet and exceed personal and team targets

Skills and Experience

The successful candidate will have:

• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to work independently or as part of a team
• A pleasant, confident and enthusiastic telephone manner with the ability to produce results
• Able to work hard to meet targets
• Prior experience of working predominantly on the telephone preferred
• Previous telemarketing experience is an advantage, although training is provided
