You’ll offer advice and multi-tied services to our customers with a particular emphasis on mortgage, protection and general insurance products available through our UK branch network. Providing an objective, professional and personalised service based on their individual needs, you’ll ensure that customers understand what’s being offered and how they can benefit. Ultimately, you’ll deliver holistic financial planning in line with our ethos of Treating Customers Fairly.

Maintaining and sharing an up to date knowledge of internal and competitor products, you’ll also support branch colleagues in achieving their goals. And, networking with providers to ensure regular, high quality leads, you’ll raise the profile of the services they offer within branches.

To succeed you’ll need to be driven and dedicated to achieving and exceeding goals and customer expectations. Positive and resourceful, you should be able to balance competing demands - to sell while delivering outstanding customer service. You should also be able to plan and prioritise your time effectively, while being adaptable to change.
