Our client, a leader within the IT market in Northern Ireland currently have a permanent vacancy for an experienced: Product / Client Manager.



Job Description

You will be directly answerable to the Managing Director, managing client delivery of the full technical service with the ultimate responsibility of product credibility. 

You will identify market trends and commercial risks to the business, identifying and creating strategic partnerships of benefit to the business. Working with and meeting clients to gather feedback on what will improve the product and features and requirements for new software versions. 

You should be comfortable creativing technical and strategic direction of the product by working as key part of a multi-disciplinary team and with external alliance partners. 

Working closely with the Operations Manager, Head of IT and operations team on procedures that improve workflow and general client experience, delivering the highest quality product to the client without compromising project profitability. 

Person Specification

This is an excellent role which will involve direct liaison with the client, therefore the ability to form strong relationships with people at all levels is vital. 

Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft office
High Attention to detail 
Good Communication and interpersonal skills 
Knowledge and experiencing of programming at any level
